Injury – Releasing the Negative Consequences

There are many aspects related to an injury beyond the obvious damage done: the initial emotions of shock, pain, and worry, followed by frustration as you may feel that your injuries ‘never seem to heal quickly enough.’

In trying to circumvent them, you often end up with compensations and adaptations which at the very least will encode further stress into your being which at worst, it may lead to further injury.

However, clearing the injury and the negative impact of it can speed up the healing process.
