hip rotation

Hip rotation is often compromised as a result of tension in the legs, hips or lower back, which can then affect balance and/or posture. Impaired hip rotation may also manifest as knee problems.

This can cause confusion for conventional therapists who will often treat a knee ‘problem’, failing to identify the knee as a symptom rather than the root cause.

In Integrated Healing we can test and release the blockage that is affecting the hip rotation.
